How to Redeem the Xbox USA Gift Card

On the web

1. Copy the code from your Card4Play order.
2. Go to redeem.microsoft.com in your browser.
3. Sign in with the Microsoft account you use on Xbox. Its country/region must be set to United States.
4. Enter the 25-character code and confirm.
5. The value is added to your Microsoft account balance.

On an Xbox console

1. Sign in to your Xbox with the Microsoft account set to the United States.
2. Press the Xbox button to open the guide and go to Store.
3. Select Redeem.
4. Enter the 25-character code and confirm.

Important Information

• This card only works on a Microsoft account whose country/region is set to the United States. It cannot be redeemed on accounts from other regions.
• The card's region cannot be changed or converted after purchase.
• Changing your account region just to redeem a card is not recommended, as items and balances may not work across regions.
• Keep your code private. Anyone with the code can redeem it.
• Codes cannot be refunded or exchanged once they have been revealed or redeemed.
• The value is exactly as stated on the product.
