Welcome to Card4play (the "Website", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Nebula Digital Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong ("Company"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://www.card4play.com (the "Site") and all related services, including the purchase of digital gift cards, game top-ups, mobile recharges, and other digital goods (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or place an order. If you are a minor, you may only use the Site under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

1.2 By using the Site, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

2. Nature of the Services

2.1 Card4play is a digital marketplace that sells prepaid gift cards, in-game currency, top-up credits, and mobile recharge products ("Products") for use on third-party platforms and services (e.g., mobile games, streaming apps, telecom carriers).

2.2 Card4play is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the publishers, developers, or operators of the platforms for which Products are redeemable, unless expressly stated otherwise.

2.3 Product information (including descriptions, pricing, denominations, and redemption instructions) is provided for reference. While we make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate, we do not guarantee that it is error-free, complete, or current at all times. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors at any time, including after an order has been placed, in which case we will contact you before fulfilling the order.

3. Account Registration

3.1 To place an order, you may be required to register an account and provide accurate registration information, including a valid email address.

3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or are used for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

4.1 All prices are displayed in USD (or another currency as indicated at checkout) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.

4.2 By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected Product(s). We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or payment verification issues.

4.3 We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout (which may include credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and other supported channels). You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4.4 Verification & Anti-Fraud Checks. To protect against fraud and unauthorized transactions, we may require additional identity or payment verification (KYC) before processing or releasing an order. Orders may be delayed, held, or cancelled pending successful verification.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

5.1 Most orders are delivered instantly or within a short period after payment is confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on the Product, payment method, and verification requirements.

5.2 It is your sole responsibility to provide accurate account information required for direct top-ups (e.g., in-game user ID, server, character name) or to correctly access redemption codes for card-based Products. Card4play is not liable for failed or misdirected delivery resulting from information you provided incorrectly.

5.3 Once a Product has been successfully delivered (i.e., a top-up has been credited to the specified account, or a redemption code has been revealed/sent to you), the order is considered complete and generally cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded, except as set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or purchasing Products with stolen payment methods;
  • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Site;
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our prior written consent;
  • Resell Products purchased from Card4play in a manner that violates the terms of the underlying platform or applicable law;
  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information when creating an account or placing an order;
  • Engage in chargeback abuse or dispute legitimate transactions in bad faith.

Violation of this Section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, cancellation of pending orders, and forfeiture of wallet balances, without prejudice to any other remedies available to us, including referral to law enforcement.

7. Wallet Balance

7.1 Card4play may offer an account wallet ("Wallet") for storing store credit resulting from refunds, promotions, or direct top-ups.

7.2 Wallet balances have no cash value outside the Platform, are non-transferable, and can only be used to purchase Products on the Site, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7.3 We reserve the right to freeze or adjust Wallet balances where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms, pending investigation.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the Site — including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Card4play or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

8.2 Product names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Products are redeemable on third-party platforms not owned or controlled by Card4play. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, terms of service, or policies of such third-party platforms. Your use of any redeemed Product on a third-party platform is subject to that platform's own terms.

10. Disclaimers

10.1 The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10.2 We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

10.3 We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to system failures, cyberattacks, power outages, government actions, payment processor outages, or other force majeure events that delay or prevent order fulfillment.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Card4play, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services. In all cases, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific order giving rise to the claim in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Card4play and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion, including to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, Products, or legal requirements. Material changes will be notified via the Site or by email prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting [email protected]. If unresolved within a reasonable period, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, unless applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

16. Miscellaneous

16.1 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16.2 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Card4play regarding your use of the Site.

16.3 No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

16.4 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
